 Chinook Orthotic Laboratory technicians take great pride in fabricating high-quality custom orthoses; each device is made-to-order, matched to a practitioners unique preferences and pre-determined Laboratory defaults.  Before each device is couriered to your clinic, it is meticulously inspected and custom labeled, complete with a scan I'd# for simple repeat orders.

It is no secret that technology is advancing at an exponential rate; this can be difficult to navigate when trying to determine which clinical  tools will best suit your clinical needs. We take the time to research and understand the rapidly evolving hardware and software available in order to assist our Lab Clients in finding the best tools for their clinic. We then provide ongoing training and support, and feedback for 3D scanning and app-based ordering. 

We have assembled a top-notch team of experts including  Pedorthists, orthotic technicians, CAD and CNC experts and customer service specialists. Our team is passionate about what they do; they are committed to helping your practice grow.

We take great pride in following through on our commitments. Our approach at Chinook Lab is to form a relationship with prospective lab clients to ensure we are a fit for the desired forms of casting/3D scanning, and products.

From there, we offer support in the transition, as we know working with a new Laboratory can be taxing and intimidating.

Once the relationship is established, we provide on-going support via modification grace periods, orthotic recommendations, phone or email consultations to work through complex patient needs, on-site meetings,  troubleshooting support, warranty, and more. We strive to develop strong relationships with our Lab Clients to continually improve and advance along side their clinical growth.
